Welcome to the Bell Niu Private Resort holiday and retreat rental.
Bell Niu (beautiful nest in Catalan) is a special place, it is all about total relaxation, tranquility and space. With its stunning sea view and the spacious garden with various chill zones, the big salt water pool, the living around the central outdoor kitchen and the tastefully decorated house you will have a golden time! We did rebuild everything with our hands and are happy to share it with you now. Come and enjoy!
Entering the gate you will discover the calming effect of the spacious set up. The totally walled 4000m2 garden offers privacy and a variety of cosy spots and corners to hang out. The big sunny terrace around the salt water pool offers you a spectacular view on the mediterranean sea. Connected to the terrace are the guesthouse, the bar and the unique wooden grain storage, the horreo, from the year 1880. The with love decorated and characteristic main house is in the middle of the terrain and offers various spaces to chill down. Depending on the time of the year you can handpick your fruit in the orchard. There are oranges, mandarins, avocados, figs, apples, pears, prunes, almonds, mispels, lemons and kakis.
From the east to the west.
When there is sun, and that is highly likely with the mediterranean climate, in Bell Niu you will have it all. From sunrise till sunset. Contemplate the rising sun from the chill out beside the pool and watch it go down behind the Calafell hills from the balcony on the west side.
Description
The ground level of the main house offers a big entrance, two seating areas, a dining area, a spacious well equipped kitchen and a cosy patio in the shade of the big avocado tree.
On the first floor are five double bedrooms with individual beds. Three bedrooms have an individual bathroom and two share a bathroom on the same floor. Three bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the hills of Calafell and you will be surprised about the beauty of the sunsets.
The guesthouse has four bed rooms, two individual and two double ones. There is a shared bathroom with two showers and a shared seating area and terrace. There is an extra bathroom in the garden
Your hosts live on the premise out of sight within reach for any questions, advice or help in organizing excursions. The host's house is below the pool terrace and is naturally a separate private zone but contact us whenever you want. The use of the antique grains storage is not included in the holiday rental agreement.
Location
The premise exists out of two adjacent and joined terrains, one in Segur de Calafell and the other in Cunit. Both have their rental license in vigor. The Calafell license number is HUTT-040432- 46 and the Cunit license number is HUTT-037956- 41. Bell Niu Private Resort rents out both premises at the same time constituting one piece of enjoyable space.The Main entrance is in Avinguda de la Mediterrani 87, 43881 in Cunit.
